The newly re-styled high-speed fan folder, capable of 150 m/min (492 ft/min), features an electronic size-change system and boasts a unique, solid structure with a sleek design—making it the only machine of its kind on the market. Designed for fan folding labels, tickets, and lottery tickets, it can operate seamlessly in both online mode (with a synchro kit for die-cutting or printing machines) and offline mode (with an unwinder).

The folding register is electronically controlled using a label gap or print mark sensor, enabling automatic adjustment of folding phases during production. High-speed batch counting is performed without stopping—either via a quick conveyor belt acceleration (for labels) or a pen marker (for paper). An optional mini spiral kit is also available for processing folding sizes as small as 150 mm (5.9").
