Easy Electronic Spiral Fan Folder

The newly re-styled high-speed fan folder (115 m/min) with an electronic size-change system offers a unique, solid structure and sleek design, setting it apart as the only machine of its kind on the market. Ideal for fan folding labels, tickets, and lottery tickets, it operates seamlessly online with a synchro kit (die-cutting or printing machine) or offline with an unwinder. The folding register is electronically controlled using a label gap/print mark sensor, adjusting folding phases during production. A fast batch counter, with no stops, is achieved via a quick conveyor belt speed-up (for labels) or pen marker (for paper). A mini spiral kit is also available, processing folding sizes as small as 150 mm (5.90")
